Nature Inspired Healing
Nature is an immense source of healing and wisdom, always providing us with what we need. We can tap into her during times of challenge and transition to heal or simply to receive inspiration and gain insight into our unique expression within this web of life.
Research shows that spending time in nature improves cognition, relieves anxiety and depression, decreases stress hormones, blood pressure, resting heart rate, and boosts creativity.
Ours is a symbiotic connection; as we heal ourselves we heal the earth.

Guided Meditative Hikes
Inspired by an ancient Buddhist practice to let nature enter your body through all 5 senses, you will be guided on an inward journey while exploring the external natural world through your senses.
Walk silently in ravines and nature sanctuaries, meditate amongst the trees and bubbling creeks and connect to the wildness, beauty and healing power of Mother Earth.
