Wellness extends beyond exercise, eating well and sleep. It encompasses our emotional and mental states. Meditation has been  shown to have extensive benefits that greatly improve our mental and emotional wellbeing.  Having a regular practice leads to healthier individuals who are better able to manage stress and who are more focused, invested, and productive. The benefits of meditation in the workplace are cumulative, they build on one another, starting with the individual and from there, positively impacting the performance of the organization as a whole.

Live Inspired Wellness offers 3 core meditation programs. In addition, we can create a custom program tailored to meet your organization’s needs.

Mini Wellness Breaks - 30 minutes

Take a moment to breath, restore, and refresh your mind at the start or end of your work day, lunch hour or pre- meeting. These sessions are 30 minutes in length and include:

-       a brief discussion on a topic

-       guided meditation

-       silent meditation.

-       facilitator support before and after the session

Some of the topics discussed are cultivating stress resiliency, creating a peaceful mind, improving performance, and boosting confidence, creativity and compassion.

Introduction to Meditation: Meditation Demystified

Have you ever wanted to meditate, but it seemed daunting? Perhaps you have tried in the past unsuccessfully and something is calling you to give it another try. Bring this workshop to your workplace and see the benefits to your staff and your organization as a whole.
In this 2-hour workshop you will:

  • gain a deeper understanding of meditation, the benefits, and the simplicity of incorporating it into your daily life.  
  • be guided through an experience of meditation 
  • leave with tools that will support you in sustaining a meditation practice

The Energy Account: What is Self-Care Investment? 

A unique perspective on self-care, shared in a way that is impactful, relevant and timely. During this 2 hour workshop participants will understand what self- care really is, why it is crucial to our own wellbeing and how it impacts those around us. This workshop is educational and experiential and includes guided meditation, discussion and sharing.
